High School Musical Self-Stick Room Appliques

How do they decide that you need to go to summer school in order to pass? Do they take an average of your all your terms for one class and if it’s a pass do you need summer school? Or Do you need to pass every single term of one class in order to avoid it? Also I’ve passed so far 3 terms out of 4 do you think i’ll need summer school?

I’m writing a story and my boys are getting ready to go back to school for the fall session. They are wealthy enough to be taking Latin and the other higher subjects, so what school supplies would they need? Also, how would the school classrooms be set up? Would they be like a lecture hall or more like modern classrooms with older desks?
